Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is hiring for a front desk/receptionist role in Camp Hill, PA. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling check-ins, inquiries, and basic financial transactions with accuracy.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, some experience in medical front office procedures, and the ability to use Windows-based software and email. A valid driver's license is preferred and a minimum high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Front desk/medical front office experience preferred.
• Less than one year of customer service or administrative experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk inquiries with clarity.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance detail during check-in.
• Collect payments including deductibles and co-pays at the front desk.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and care plans.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain necessary patient info.
• Maintain complete electronic health records for all patients.
