Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in a courteous, empathetic manner.
• Manage check-in/out with accurate patient identification using two identifiers.
• Communicate wait times and updates; maintain a clean, patient-ready reception.
• Schedule, modify, and coordinate patient appointments and referrals.
• Handle insurance verification, financial clearance, and payments per policy.
• Prepare and manage patient records and documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations and patient flow.
