Job summary

CCRM Fertility in Lone Tree, Colorado, is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to greet patients, register them, answer phones, collect information, and support front office operations under the Practice Administrator.

This full-time role requires a High School diploma, 1+ year administrative experience, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays; familiarity with Athena is a plus and our benefits package supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year administrative experience required.
• Previous experience in reproductive medicine or Women’s health is preferred.
• Prior experience with Athena preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, answer phones, collect patient information and insurance details.
• Complete medical record requests and provide front office administrative support.
• Be the first point of contact for patients and answer questions or provide general information.
• Report to the Practice Administrator.
• Explain appointment processes and coordinate scheduling as needed.
• Maintain lobby appearance and ensure building security at close.
