CCRM Fertility in Edina, MN is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to join our team. You will greet patients, verify insurance, collect information, and support front office operations to ensure a smooth and positive patient entry into care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year administrative experience required.
• Previous experience in reproductive medicine or Women’s health is preferred.
• Prior experience with Athena preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, answering phones and collecting information.
• Process co-pays, pre-payments, and past due balances before service.
• Schedule or reschedule appointments and communicate changes promptly.
• Monitor the correspondence dashboard in Athena and handle eligibility work queues.
• Protect confidential information and patient records.
