Job summary

CCRM Fertility is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to welcome patients, collect insurance details, and provide front office support in Frisco, TX. The role focuses on creating a positive patient experience and ensuring efficient entry into the Care Center.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of administrative experience, with preference for those familiar with Athena and reproductive medicine. Weekend/evening shifts may be required as part of rotating schedules.

Qualifications

• 1+ year administrative experience.
• Experience in reproductive medicine or women’s health is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients upon arrival.
• Answer phones and collect patient information and insurance details.
• Complete medical record requests and provide front office support.
• Maintain lobby appearance and assist with basic office tasks.
• Protect confidentiality of patient information.
