Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Greets patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Handles patient check-in/check-out processes.
• Answers calls regarding appointments and general inquiries.
• Reviews charts for accuracy before appointments.
• Performs scanning and sorting in the EMR system.
• Verifies and updates insurance information.
• Collects patient payments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
