Formación

• Strong customer service and clear communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome patients with professionalism, courtesy, and compassion.
• Schedule appointments and register patients in Mercy systems.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorization requirements.
• Collect and update patient demographic and insurance information.
• Obtain consents and documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Assist patients with financial responsibilities and payments.
• Ensure patient records are accurate and compliant with Mercy policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, departments, and support teams to facilitate care.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and regulatory standards.
