Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service at the patient front desk.
• Pre-register patient charts and verify insurance eligibility.
• Collect copayments and patient balances professionally.
• Enter patient demographics into the EMR accurately and efficiently.
• Check in patients promptly and schedule appointments with patient convenience in mind.
• Assist patients with wayfinding and paperwork as needed.
