Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtains and records accurate demographic and insurance information.
• Performs cashiering duties and collects co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance.
• Performs medical necessity checks to ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and protects patient information.
• Explains consent forms and obtains signatures in a professional manner.
• balances cash drawer daily and posts patient payments.
• Provides excellent customer service and supports patient flow.
