Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service work experience.
• Two years of customer service work experience preferred.
• Healthcare or Call Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers and/or checks patients in/out.
• Verifies demographics, insurance and other information for new visits.
• Performs routine insurance eligibility verifications.
