Job summary

Responsibilities include patient greeting, scheduling, billing inquiries, and updating records to support smooth clinic operations. Experience in Epic and healthcare billing will be beneficial.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a customer service/front desk role or a graduate of a front office/medical office program.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service; explain billing procedures and charges to patients.
• Greet patients and ensure smooth flow through the clinic.
• Answer questions and address concerns from patients and family members.
• Obtain and edit patient and insurance information in the EMR system.
• Register patients accurately in Epic and manage patient flow and scheduling.
• Review accounts for financial responsibility and arrange payment plans.
