Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Register patients in EMR and verify insurance coverage.
• Explain billing procedures and anticipated charges to patients.
• Monitor patient flow and assist with scheduling and appointments.
• Balance payments and manage cash and bank/deposit summaries.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure referrals are completed.
• Provide backup support and training when needed.
