• Answer questions and concerns from patients and families with professional interpersonal skills.
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments to maintain efficient clinic flow and reduce wait times.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with privacy rules.
• Assist patients with access to government and community resources to improve healthcare access.
