Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional customer service to patients.
• Advise patients on billing procedures and anticipated charges.
• Register patients in EMR accurately and maintain patient records.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect payments.
• Enter charges and update patient records in Epic.
• Monitor patient flow and assist with scheduling and referrals.
• Back up for others in the clinic as needed.
• Support clinic initiatives and training as needed.
