Qualifications

• Preferred - call center experience.
• Substitutions allowed: 3 years of experience in lieu of diploma.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume calls from patients needing appointments, refills, lab results, and demographic updates.
• Navigate EMR, phone system, and workflow software to resolve inquiries.
• Support KPIs and quality assurance programs while delivering courteous service.
• Deescalate issues and document interactions accurately.
• Assist with policy adherence and attend required trainings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
