The role requires strong verbal and written English, customer service excellence, and experience with a multi-line telephone system. Weekend/holiday availability is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job.
• Must be able to work weekends/holidays.
• Demonstrated experience using multi-line telephone system.
• Demonstrated experience using a computer, including data entry and retrieval.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at ambulatory clinics.
