Sanford Health is seeking a Patient Access Representative to deliver exceptional service at the first point of contact, in-person or over the phone, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for patients. You will handle registration, scheduling, and financial interactions as part of a busy Cardiology Scheduling Department.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of medical office experience, and strong customer service abilities. BLS may be required in some locations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post-secondary education helpful.
• One year of work experience, preferably in a medical office.
• Medical terminology helpful; customer service skills essential.
• Six months' customer service experience desired.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients, verify demographics, and route documents.
• Collect payments and establish financial responsibility.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and check in/out patients.
• Operate multi-line phone and manage recall/waitlists.
