Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Registration Clerk for Illinois Masonic. This 3rd shift PRN role includes on-site training full-time for four weeks and 40 hours. You will greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, collect co-pays, and help navigate the registration process.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, strong customer service, and excellent communication skills. Experience with EPIC EMR and insurance verification tools is a plus, with HIPAA compliance a must.

• Utilizes EHR work queues and maintains professional patient interactions.
