Qualifications

• ICD-10 terminology experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Able to meet customer service standards via phone, in person, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient reception, face-to-face check-ins, and pre-registration.
• Confirm insurance eligibility and collect payments as needed.
• Perform new patient registrations and update records.
