Job summary

You’ll handle check-in across multiple systems, gather demographics, collect co-pays, and coordinate with care teams to keep patient flow smooth.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist patients and families with check-in across multiple systems.
• Answer phones and gather accurate patient information quickly.
• Support timely access to care by minimizing delays in registration and answering questions clearly.
• Build trust with patients who may be ill or anxious.
• Navigate insurance details, enter demographics, collect co-pays and provide cost estimates.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
