Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk and provide wait-time information
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance during check-in; manage walk-ins
• Collect patient payments including deductibles, copays, and co-insurance
• Coordinate follow-up appointments including cast, measurements, delivery and prosthetic care plans
• Serve as liaison for clinic services and patient experience programs
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain necessary patient information
• Maintain accurate electronic health records for all patients
