Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the initial electronic health record for new patients.
• Register patients, verify demographics and insurance information, and collect payments.
• Explain financial responsibilities and assist patients with portal usage and scheduling.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and secure patient information.
• Provide professional customer service and assist with scheduling and referrals.
