Responsibilities

• Accurately complete EPIC registration and verify patient demographics.

• Handle patient communications and referrals as directed by providers.
• Collect copays and coinsurance; process daily deposits and reconciliation.
• Complete referrals and ensure AVS (after visit summary) is delivered.
