Responsibilities include EMR/EHR work, training new staff, and supporting patients through various service pathways. Shift is 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with weekends and early start options as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and assist with check-in and appointment scheduling.
• Verify insurance, obtain prior authorizations, and handle referrals.
• Perform EMR/EHR scanning and EPIC-related tasks.
• Assist with training new team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
