• Discusses financial obligations and refers to Financial Advocates when needed.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, EMTALA, and related regulations.
• Schedules appointments and provides test prep, arrival times, and directions.
• Provides welcoming customer service to patients and visitors.
• Monitors patient record work queues per department process.
