Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides high level customer service in all interactions with internal and external customers.
• Schedules appointments and coordinates financial counseling for day surgery.
• Registers patients and verifies third-party coverage at encounters.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and documents communications.
• Disposes of patient information securely and adheres to internal controls.
