Froedtert ThedaCare is seeking a Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) to deliver a welcoming, patient-focused experience at our CP-PLEASANT VALLEY HEALTH CNTR facility in West Bend, WI. This on-site role requires strong customer service, effective communication, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in reception/customer service, a high school diploma, and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and EpicCare.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or work in a customer service field is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Effective communication skills, oral and written required. Ability to multi-task. Strong proactive organizational skills a must. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and provide a welcoming, helpful patient experience.

Job Summary

The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) delivers an exceptional patient experience for \"front of house\"/patient facing needs. Proactively greets patients and visitors and creates a helpful, positive, welcoming and friendly patient experience. Provides outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone.

Experience Description

A minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or work in a customer service field is required. Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not necessary.
