Froedtert Health seeks a Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) for on-site work at our CP-WEST BEND HEALTH CENTER facility and affiliated clinics in Wisconsin. The PASR greets patients, answers calls, and delivers a friendly, efficient front-desk experience.

This FLOAT role supports operations across multiple sites to ensure smooth patient flow. A minimum of one year in receptionist or customer service is required; high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of receptionist or customer service experience.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Job Summary: The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) delivers an exceptional patient experience for \"front of house\"/patient facing needs. Proactively greets patients and visitors and creates a helpful, positive, welcoming and friendly patient experience. Provides outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone. The PASR FLOAT is required to float to various clinic sites to support operational business needs.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or work in a customer service field is required. Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not necessary. One year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or work in a customer service field.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Effective communication skills, oral and written required. Ability to multi-task. Strong proactive organizational skills a must. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred.
