Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient flow from entry to destination with timely, accurate service.
• Collect information to generate complete financial and demographic records.
• Verify insurance, obtain prior authorizations, and coordinate benefits.
• Communicate with payers and patients to confirm financial information.
• Register patients accurately and schedule recurring appointments.
• Answer calls and direct patients and visitors appropriately.
• Support department operations and process improvement activities.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
