HonorHealth is seeking a Registration & Scheduler at Four Peaks Medical Center in Mesa, AZ. This role acts as the first point of contact for patients, handling registration, scheduling, and data entry while maintaining patient charts and coordinating with physicians’ offices.

The position supports imaging workflow, greets patients, answers phones, and ensures smooth patient flow through the department in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in healthcare-related field and knowledge of medical terminology, or experience in scheduling and/or registration in a healthcare setting.
• 2 years in healthcare-related experience with scheduling and registration preferred.

Responsabilités

• Acts as first point of contact with customers.
• Handles registration, scheduling, and data entry duties for the department.
• Maintains patient charts and communicates with physicians’ offices as needed.
• Answers phones, greets patients, and orients them to the department.
• Performs imaging support duties, including preparing patients for exams and transporting patients as needed.
• Maintains inventory of office supplies and assists with department tasks.
