Job summary

Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact for customers and greets patients.
• Performs registration duties and gathers signatures and data.
• Schedules procedures and tracks no-shows with the physician.
• Assists in patient chart maintenance and communication with offices.
• Handles daily data entry and filing; supports front desk operations.
• Maintains inventory and performs other duties as assigned.
