Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in healthcare-related field or scheduling/registration in a healthcare setting preferred.
• 2 years healthcare-related experience including scheduling/registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients; answer phones and direct inquiries.
• Schedule procedures and appointments; track no-shows and notify staff.
• Register patients; collect signatures, insurance info, and payments.
• Maintain patient charts and HIPAA-compliant records; coordinate with insurance.
• Handle deposits and billing as applicable; obtain authorizations as needed.
