Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as the first point of contact.
• Schedule procedures and appointments, and track no-shows.
• Perform patient registration and data entry with accuracy.
• Collect co-pays or payments as applicable and coordinate with billing.
• Maintain patient charts and communicate with physicians' offices as needed.
