Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service experience in healthcare or similar environment.
• Ability to verify patient information accurately and document records.
• Comfort with high-volume phone calls and scheduling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Make high volume outbound calls to fulfill patient needs over the phone.
• Schedule appointments and assist with transportation as needed.
• Welcome patients and set a positive tone for their visit.
• Verify patient information and document in EPIC EHR.
• Monitor schedules daily and ensure open slots are filled promptly.
• Review Daily Appointment Reports and prepare charts as required.
