• Identify scheduling gaps, missing documentation, or incomplete patient information and take steps to resolve routine issues.
• Route clinical messages, refill requests, forms, and care-related inquiries to the appropriate care team members.
• Maintain accurate records in electronic medical record, scheduling, and patient communication systems.
• Support daily front office workflow by prioritizing routine tasks and escalating issues when needed.
