Job summary

Pardee UNC Health Care is seeking a Customer Service Representative, Float, to support multiple practice sites in registering patients, communicating financial obligations, and collecting fees. The role includes clerical tasks such as scheduling, information delivery to callers, and handling mail and records.

Reporting will be to various locations as assigned. The position is onsite, full-time, with standard 40-hour weeks, at the Turtle Creek area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Driver's license and access to transportation required.
• Preferred: medical clerical experience in hospital/clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect essential demographic and financial information in the EMR and related systems.
• Answer and relay calls; provide routine instructions prior to patient visits.
• Perform general clerical duties including scheduling, calendar maintenance, and coordination with clinical services.
• Collect and balance cash receipts and daily deposits.
• Maintain clinic order and cleanliness and perform routine housekeeping.
