Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with a personal computer, typing, and using Internet/email.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel software.
• Knowledge of medical/dental terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients via phone or in-clinic.
• Register and schedule appointments and verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Route messages to clinic staff and support department/workflow.
• Deliver compassionate interactions and maintain consistent processes.
