Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and callers, handles inquiries and provides accurate information on services, hours, location, eligibility, etc.
• Verify and update patient demographics at each encounter.
• Verify and update patient insurance information at each encounter.
• Answers calls, takes messages, and transfers to appropriate department.
• Facilitates completion of required client/patient forms in accordance with requirements.
• Schedules and confirms appointments for patients and clients.
