Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and family members, determine needs and direct to appropriate services.
• Register patients and verify demographic, clinical, financial and insurance information.
• Collect co-pays, explain liabilities and provide receipts.
• Validate medical necessity and coordinate with scheduling for clarifications.
• Obtain and scan physician orders and verify required forms.
• Provide information and directions to patients to ensure smooth flow and high data integrity.
