Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Register and pre-register patients with demographic and financial data.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations or referrals.
• Collect co-pays and reconcile patient financial responsibilities.
• Manage daily appointment schedules and reminder calls.
• Scan and upload documents into the EMR.
• Provide coverage to other front office roles as needed.
