Responsibilities

• Schedules outpatient procedures following established guidelines and restrictions.
• Ensures patients are well prepared for scheduled procedures.
• Enters all scheduling information; learns modalities of scheduling and follows protocols.
• Provides excellent customer service and prepares patients for exams.
• Delivers clear pre-exam instructions to patients.
• Maintains awareness of contrast allergies and prepares patients accordingly.
