Onvida Health, located at the Yuma Support Center, is seeking a Patient Access Scheduler to manage scheduling and pre-registration for outpatient procedures. The role includes handling pre-certifications, ordering, and demographic verification to ensure smooth patient flow.

The Patient Access Scheduler is responsible for scheduling and pre-registration of outpatient procedures and obtaining all required documents and pre-certification prior to appointment; obtains, verifies, and transcribes orders; obtains and verifies pre-certifications for scheduled outpatient procedures and surgeries, and obtaining demographic information and verification of insurance; obtains and verifies pre-certifications for outpatient scheduled procedures; obtains and verifies pre-certifications for scheduled surgeries and anesthesia cases, including endoscopy services.
