Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain demographic/billing/insurance info and enter into registration/billing systems.
• Obtain pre-certification and authorizations as needed.
• Prepare consent forms, notices of privacy practices and related paperwork.
• Collect deposits, co-payments, and other patient payments; document in systems.
• Prepare patient armband and balance daily receipts as needed.
• Assist with immunizations, refills, and ECGs.
