Job summary

You will collect demographic, insurance, and financial information, explain costs to patients, and assume clinical and financial risk when documenting information on behalf of the patient.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Schedules patient and may call to confirm details and prep instructions.
• Communicates with patients and offices in a courteous, professional manner.
• Completes check-in and registration at arrival; explains consents and responsibilities.
• Verifies documentation to ensure accuracy and avoid duplication of records.
