Responsibilities

• Verifies and updates key ADT information (insurance, demographics, guarantor) to ensure safety, charging, and billing accuracy.
• Schedules all new and follow-up patient appointments; reschedules cancellations when possible.
• Completes and documents governmental, regulatory, financial, and contractual forms per procedure.
• Ensures documents are scanned/saved to the correct location and is legible; supports price estimation during registration to provide accurate estimates.
