• Schedule new and follow-up patient appointments and communicate cancellations as needed.
• Complete governmental, regulatory, and financial forms per procedure and ensure proper documentation.
• Use price estimation tool to provide accurate patient estimates during registration.
• Meet upfront collection targets including deposits, co-pays, and prior balances.
• Participate in QA and minimize registration errors through system work queues.
