Qualifications

• 1 year of call center or customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer 80–100 inbound calls daily from patients, insurance, and other facilities.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments based on type and provider availability.
• Verify and update patient demographics, financial and portal information.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure effective communication across departments.
• Respond to questions and resolve issues related to appointments and billing.
