Sanford Health seeks a Patient Access Representative to support patient registration and scheduling across settings. The role involves greeting patients, verifying demographics, and processing required forms.

You may handle registration or scheduling, or both, depending on location, and you will ensure accurate data entry and financial arrangements where needed. ThePAR will collaborate with nursing teams and providers to coordinate appointments, manage recall lists, and address queue issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of work experience, preferably in a medical office setting.
• Medical terminology helpful; customer service skills essential.
• Six months' customer service experience desired.
• May require BLS for certain locations and/or settings.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients/residents and register and/or schedule them accurately.
• Create electronic files and handle related paperwork; collect payments when applicable.
• Coordinate referrals, pre-authorizations, and scheduling with nursing staff and providers.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional customer service.
