Requirements include a minimum of 1 year in medical office or related customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Salary ranges from $23.16–$31.26 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of medical office or related customer service experience.
• Preferred knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding and medical terminology.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and pre-certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Pre-register/register patients with accurate demographics and financial data.
• Collect balances, co-pays, and other payment types.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations as needed.
• Respond to patient inquiries and support scheduling workflows.
• Assist with departmental coverage as required.
• Manage daily appointment schedules and reminders.
