Job summary

Mosaic Life Care in Missouri is seeking a Clinic Patient Care Representative to support patient flow, collect information, and assist with front desk duties in the provider's office. You will work under supervision and may cover leaves or vacancies, rotating between units as needed.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, documenting responses, managing registrations, and coordinating appointments while maintaining medical records and insurance paperwork.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days.
• CNA or Medical Assistant training preferred.
• Experience in physician’s office or healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients to exam room.
• Interview patients and document responses in medical records.
• Maintain examination room and equipment.
• Assist provider during exams and procedures as trained.
• Perform EKGs, specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments; check in/out patients.
